Tropical Fruit Salad

I can't make fruit salad without singing "Fruit Salad, Yummy, Yummy", the song made famous by The Wiggles.
If you have no idea what I'm referring to, you probably didn't have a small child during The Wiggles craze of the early 2000's.
Let's stop talking about The Wiggles for a minute, and let's talk more about this fruit salad, yummy, yummy.
Sorry, there I go again.

This isn't just any fruit salad, the fruit and flavors in this particular salad are tropical.
Think ocean front, sandy beach, secluded island tropical.
It's best if you use fresh fruit, but you can substitute canned in a pinch, just watch those labels for added sugar.

Tropical Fruit Salad

10 mandarin oranges, peeled and segmented
2 bananas, cut into coins
1 cup diced pineapple
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
juice of 1 lime

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl; serve immediately.
