Granola Bar Balls

 I participated in the January whole30 challenge. Since then, I've been reintroducing a few foods to see how my body reacts. So far, my body seems to be fine consuming oats, honey, and chocolate- thank goodness!
 These balls are loaded with healthy ingredients like rolled oats
 ground flaxseed
(I used cashew butter, but any kind will work)
 and honey.
My kids love them and I bet yours will too.

Granola Bar Balls
yields 18

1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
(I use the enjoylife brand)
1/2 cup nut butter
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract

Dump all ingredients into a large bowl. Stir to combine. Roll into 1 inch balls.
Store in a sealed container.
