Dump Ranch

Why is it called Dump Ranch? Because you dump everything into a wide-mouth mason jar and blend.
I think there are as many versions of Dump Ranch out there as there are stars.  This one is my personal preference.  I think it taste the most like the homemade ranch they serve in restaurants.

Dump Ranch

1 cup light tasting oil
1 egg, room temperature
1 tbs lemon juice
2 tbs red wine vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
3/4 tsp onion powder
3/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
2 tsp dried parsley, separated

Place all ingredients into a wide-mouth mason jar except for 1 tsp of the parsley.  With an immersion blender, blend until completely mixed.  Stir in the remaining parsley with a spoon.

Lasts 1 week in the fridge

Need an Immersion Blender?  This one is my absolute favorite!
